These Terms & Conditions apply to catering orders placed with CaterPro (CATERPRO LLC, "CaterPro", "we", "us") and to the CaterPro text messaging program.

Orders

Orders are confirmed once CaterPro accepts them. Pricing, delivery windows, and any changes or cancellations are agreed with you when you order and in your order confirmation.

SMS Terms

• Program: CaterPro Order Updates. CaterPro texts customers about catering orders they place with us: order confirmations, delivery time updates and delivered notices. We do not send marketing messages through this program.
• How to opt in: text UPDATES to +1 (833) 725-7751, as shown on our Text Updates page. You will receive a confirmation text. Opting in is never a condition of purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• To stop: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• For help: Reply HELP, email zak@caterpro.us, or call (407) 341-9770.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, CaterPro is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or text messages.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
